Step-by-step guide on Server migration


      Hello fellow person that I've probably never seen or talked to before. If you're here, you're probably wondering how to send a support ticket to be migrated to the new server Forneus. I am writing this quick guide today to (hopefully) make this as easy as possible for you. No one wants to be left behind, right?
REMINDER, YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS UNTIL MAINTENANCE, July 10th at 10am pdt (1pm est)

What you first want to do is go to the website http://www.atlusonline.com/index



After you've reached this page, sign in (using your in-game login information) here:



Once you are logged in, click the "support" tab at the top of the page



And in the drop-down menu, click on "Support Tickets"



You will then come to a page that looks like this:



Click on the button that says "Create a new ticket"



You should then arrive at this page:



In the drop-down menu for "Game" choose "Pandora Saga"



Under the drop-down menu in "Category" pick "PS - Forneus Migration"



In the "Title" section, anything can go there (I put "Migration" to keep the tickets in order.) Same goes for the "Message" section.



Finally, scroll down to the bottom of the page. This is optional, but you may check the box that says "Request for Auto-Response". Once you have done that, click the "Submit Ticket" button.



If you have done everything correctly, you should come to something similar to this
